Pioneer Techs is the best computer service company that I have ever known. Its better than Bits & Bytes for sure. When Diorge came to my house to fix my computer he did it with complete calmness. He really knows what he is doing. I can tell that he is very experienced at what he does. He gave me some advice on how to keep my computer in top shape. He didn't charge me over the top, he keeps the charges to the minimal. When he took my computer he went to work on it the same day and it was ready the next day. Diorge charges the least amount of price I could think of. He will also make sure that your computer is working before it leaves his office. His office is very close to where I live and it was very convenient for me.

My hard drive crashed & I thought my data was lost. Diorge came the same day I called to pick up my old hard drive, spent the entire night working on it, and was able to safely recover my files & copy them onto a DVD, which he brought to me the very next day. He could have charged me a whole lot more, but kept the cost at a minimum. What an awesome guy!! I definitely recommend this company to everyone out there. A+ in all aspects.

Highly reccomend this place! Mister Miyaki (my laptop) was being mean--wouldn't let me access the Internet and simple Word documents were taking FOREVERRRR to load. Almost went to Geek Squad, but I decided to try Pioneer Techs instead. Glad I did! Diorge had everything fixed the next day at a reasonable price. He was prompt and most important genuine--he fixed only what was needed and didn't try to scam me into buying extra bells. Hopefully, Mister Miyaki won't give me lip in the future, but if he does I will certainly take him back to Pioneer Techs.

Several years ago I called frantically looking for someone to repair two of our computers that were infected with a virus. I shopped around and found that you cannot get a clear answer as to the cost to repair home computers. Then I found Diorge with Pioneer Techs who was able to save both our laptops. Again this month I called to have our daughter's laptop repaired not knowing the problem. Diorge arrived at our house that same day and did a quick assessment. I was informed exactly what the cost would be to repair the problem and it was repaired within a day or two. There were no hourly costs and no hidden fees; what a relief. Diorge is so professional and I would recommend his company to anyone. Don't waste your time looking around for computer help; call Pioneer Techs.

This was my very first time EVER to call a computer service company that would come to your house. I read all of the reviews on there site and I have to admitt I was a little sceptible ,but decided to give them a call. I told the service man over the phone the problems that I was encountering and he worked me in that very day, He found MAJOR virus damage on my desktop and he (DeOrge) cleaned everything up, backed everything up and installed a "new" anti virus protection since mine had expired like 2 yrs ago. I can't say enough about the awesome experience I had with this company. I've never seen anyone work as professional, courteous, so knowledgable, and completely honest with you without trying to sell you something you didn't need. The prices were just as unbelieveable as the sevice I received. I will definitely be using them again, and HIGHLY recommend this service to ANYONE! I had no idea who to call for this type of service....I thought about the Geek squad at best buy, but I'm sooo glad I didn't. I didn't even have to go out of the house!

I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Pioneertechs, here are some of the reasons why I recommend this company ; The person who did the sevice, Diorge, was extremely friendly, patient to answer any questions that I asked and was very honest in all the dealings. He came to my house, picked up the computer & had it installed at my house after repairs, took extra care to explain every detail & made sure the computer was functioning to my full satisfaction . While the computer was being repaired at the shop Diorge periodically called me to give me an update of the progress. The repairs were done well within the time frame Diorge quoted & the cost was surprisingly very cheap. I have found a company that I would like to keep forever

"All the above" would best describe this service. This would be my first time using a service that comes to your home ( and I will definitely be calling on them again ). They gave me an estimate over the phone, for the issues I had, which seemed reasonable to me. Set- up the time, which they did keep to ( even called ahead to notify they were on the way ). They were quick to resolve the issues I had with my new computer, and had the necessary equipment for the unexpected issues ( faulty floppy drive ) to finish the job. This has been a great experience, you must try them out and see for yourself!

The Teck showed up on time Was neetly dressed. Felt comfortable letting him in my house. He spoke in terms I could understand. Set up my computer where I could find things . Took less time to hook up internet than I thought Possible. Will recomend him to friends.

Pioneer Techs is fantastic, I can't recommend them enough. I know Diorge from previous business and he is the most ethical, honest person you will meet. He is extremely reasonable and if something takes longer than he expects he doesn't bill you to death. He is amazing on the computer - you should have him over just to watch him work! I never knew you could make a computer do all those things! I have referred him to several friends and all have been very satisfied.

Pioneer Techs is a great company. My computer died about a year ago and had just been laying around. My first thought was to throw it away since I had another computer. I contacted the owner who looked at my computer and told me exactly what was wrong with it. The pricing was reasonable. It was way cheaper than me trying to purchase another computer. The techs are both professional and competent and know what they are doing. I would definately recommend Pioneer Techs to my Family & Friends.
