What's the average time for a repair?

Repair times vary depending on several factors. We can only give averages and not guarantees for each one.

Average Repair Times:

  • On-Site: Average Diagnostics on-site is 1 hour per system and average Spyware/Virus is 2-3 Hours per system.
  • Drop-Off: Diagnostics 1 Business Day ; Repair 1 Business Days - Averages because parts and other unforseens are not included.
  • Pickup Repair: Within 48 hours without unforeseen items or parts needing to be ordered
  • Remote Repair: Varies greatly on internet speed but averages are within 2 hours and at times 1 hour extra for virus/spyware removal.

All times are estimates and are not to be taken as guarantees. We are very fast while keeping quality up, some repairs that are simple may take 20 minutes but little slow downs can add such as a slow computer, internet connection, or interruptions. If speed is of the utmost important we can ask that you have all your computer CDs, Paperwork, or anything related to the repair available at time of repair.
